Do you deliver products personally?
Yes! We personally hand-deliver every product order within our service area. No third-party couriers — just us, ensuring your products arrive safely and on time.
How long does a full detail take?
A basic detail takes 3–4 hours. A full interior and exterior detail can take 6–8 hours. Ceramic coating requires 1–2 days for proper curing. We'll always give you an accurate timeline when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. Payment for services can be made on completion. Product orders are COD or pre-payment via UPI.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Absolutely. We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy for unopened products. If a product is defective or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
Do I need to book in advance for services?
Yes, advance booking is recommended especially for coating and correction services. Walk-ins are welcome for basic washes, but for guaranteed same-day service, please call or message us in advance.
